This is by far the best online program! If you want simple, you got it. I don’t want to spend hours on end in the kitchen but I also want to lose weight and have more energy. Each week, the meal plan got easier for me to do. I would follow the meal prep blueprint and to my surprise, it was done in a little over an hour. When I got home from work, the meals were on the table in maybe 20 minutes. My husband couldn’t believe that I actually did it so fast! We have both lost weight, have tons more energy and we are slowly influencing our kids to eat better.
