I’m a single person so I wasn’t sure if this program would be good for me but it has been GREAT. The meal plans are for one person. I don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking when it’s just me . . . so these simple, fast recipes are perfect. I’m not wasting food any longer and my grocery bill has been cut in HALF!
