Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie

1/2 cup of rolled oats – buy gluten-free oats if you are gluten intolerant
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Raspberry Jam
¾ cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
4 dates

1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, plastic container or a jar. Mix well.
2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
3. In the morning stir well, top with more raspberries if you’d like and enjoy!
Raspberry Jam
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
