Rest assured, our meal plans are not full of casseroles. To accommodate fussy eaters, food groups are ‘separated’ so you can easily make changes. In addition, refer to the Substitutions List in the Starter Guide if you prefer something different.
To save time, you will sometimes “cook once” and “eat twice” – but for two completely different recipes. As an example: you’ll cook two cups of brown rice, use half of it in an Asian stir fry and the other half in a chicken burrito bowl. We created quick and simple combinations that beginners and experts alike can master in minutes.

This EatSimple28 Challenge has opened my eyes to my bad habits! You know, the endless cycle of snacking on chips because I ‘think’ I’m hungry. Or skipping breakfast so I can save a few calories.
